We were first time home buyers and Dimitre explained EVERYTHING to us in great detail to assure we understood every aspect of the loan process and terms. He requested a list of documents that we provided and was off to the races. He took the lead and let us know when we needed to provide any additional information, but the process was on cruise control. It honestly took us longer to write this review then it felt like it did to get our loan approved, that is how easy it is to work with Dimitre! We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage loan expert to work with. He kept checking in with everybody throughout the process to make sure nothing would stop us from closing. We ended up closing earlier than expected and its due to Dimitre being on top of everything.
